2025年Chinaway项目培训
随着中国综合国力的提升，英语教育水平的提高，以及中美文化上的冲突等因素，Chinaway项目将根据中方的需求与美国高中生的能力，对教学内容做以下调整。调整后的教学主要有以下几个方面：
由于上述教学难度相当大，没有很好的准备与培训，难以完成这个中国支教，所以从今年开始，我们要提前进行Chinaway项目的培训，以真正达到“帮助他人，提高自己”的目的。
With the improvement of China's national strength, the level of English education has been greatly improved. With the cultural conflict between China and the US, the Chinaway Program will make the following adjustments to meet the needs of China.
Since the above teaching is quite difficult and without good preparation and training, it is difficult to complete the volunteer work. 项目背景
Chinaway Volunteers Program 是连续了15年的暑假义工项目。这个项目的口号是“帮助他人，提高自己”。在过去的15年里，该项目不仅帮助中国农村及乡镇孩子，让他们学习英语口语，美国文化，帮助他们用英文表达中国文化；也培养了美国学生的领导能力，表达能力，同时也让美国学生提高了中文水平，演讲水平，开阔了美国学生的国际视野。参加这个项目的大部分孩子都进入了美国名校。
Program Background
The Chinaway Volunteers Program is a summer volunteer program that has been running for 15 consecutive years. The program's slogan is "Helping Others, Improving Yourself". Over the past 15 years, the program has not only helped children in rural areas of China to learn spoken English and American culture, but also helped them present Chinese culture in English. The program not only enhances the Chinese language proficiency and public speaking skills of American students, but also fosters their leadership abilities and expands their global perspectives. As a result, a majority of program participants go on to enroll in highly-ranked colleges in the United States.
